Refund Policy:

 

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within same days of receiving the product. We will assess the issue and, if verified, provide a replacement or a suitable resolution.   1. Refund Timeframe: Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 7 business days (holidays excluded) from the date of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

  1. No Refund After same Days: Please note that we do not offer refunds for any reason beyond same days of product delivery. After this period, all sales are final and no refunds will be granted.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

  1. Order Cancellations: You may request an order cancellation within 5 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. If the cancellation request is received within the specified timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

 

  1. No Cancellation After Order Processing: Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. At this point, the order will fall under our Refund Policy.
